Returns, Refunds & Claims

All returns are subject to approval and acceptance by DM Bath. Written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained for each return 


To request RMA please contact your sales agent or DM Bath Customer Service. A copy of the original invoice and reason for return is required to issue RMA.


All items returned must be in good resalable condition and in the original undamaged package. Merchandise approved for return will be subject to a 25% handling and restocking charge. Damaged or missing packaging may incur an additional $30 repackaging fee. 


No returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days from date of invoice.


No returns or exchange are permitted on installed items, special orders, custom works, special deals, clearance or discontinued items. 


Shipping charges will not be reimbursed under any circumstance. 


Upon acknowledgement by DM Bath, returned merchandise must be shipped with freight prepaid by the sender in the original packaging with the completed RMA or original invoice. RMA will expire fourteen (14) days from date of issue.


Merchandise damaged during the return will not be credited.

The customer resumes full responsibility for all merchandise received in original packaging in original condition upon pick-up or delivery.

 

Any claims of shortages or damages due to shipping must be duly noted on the carriers delivery slip / bill of lading. 

 

All defects must be reported as soon as possible, not exceeding three (3) business days from date of delivery. Failure to do so will result in denial of claim. 

 

It is the dealers responsibility to investigate all end-user Damage & Loss Claims regarding products.

 

To make a claim, please send an email to Customer Service. Include detailed digital photos of affected area with a detailed description.
