All prices are suggested retail prices (SRP) and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, delivery and handling charges. All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of your order.

All orders are normally processed within 24 hours and a Sales Order will be sent for confirmation of order receipt. Please carefully review the confirmation. It will indicate the inventory status, shipping cost, and estimated delivery schedule. If a correction is needed, you must contact DM Bath before stated shipping time.

Confirmed orders are normally ready to ship within 24 -48 hours. Rush orders (next day) must be received by 11:00a.m. EST to be processed the same day.

OPEN ORDERS older than 30 days will be cancelled automatically and DM Bath assumes no responsibility for product availability upon cancellation.

OUT OF STOCK items will be placed on backorder unless instructed otherwise and an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) date will be included in order confirmation.

Accepted orders, except custom and special orders, may be modified or canceled prior to the ship date at any time. All cancellations made after the shipment date shall be subject to the Return Policy. 

Custom and special order products may not be cancelled or altered after the order is accepted and Order Confirmation is issued by DM Bath.

All prices listed are F.O.B. Vaughan, Ontario. Freight charges are prepaid and added. Free freight is available across Canada on orders greater than $5000. All overseas and USA shipments will be rate quoted. 

DM Bath may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, modify, alter, improve and/or change the design, the specifications of, or discontinue the sale of and/or the manufacturing of any product in our range.

DM Bath assumes no responsibility for minor variations in colour or texture of products delivered in relationship to this publication.

All products should be inspected and measured upon delivery before any alterations are done in preparation of installation. All stated sizes are nominal and subject to a tolerance of ± 5%. Always check the updated specification sheets available for each product on the website. 

DM Bath products are made with variable natural materials like wood and stone. Variations in grain character, veining, blemishes, markings or any inconsistency in the colour or finish attained by surface absorption of stain are considered naturally occurring variations which are not within the control of DM Bath nor considered reflection of poor quality or defects under the warranty.
